I had an issue arise a couple weeks ago and because they offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY, they came out and did exactly what they said they would nearly 7 years ago..they stood behind their WORD. I wouldn't change a thing about what they designed, installed and followed up on. I'd give them 6 starts if it were possible.
