  The item is great, but it took weeks to obtain after sending multiple correspondences without reply to check order status (on a pickup in store item requiring personalization). No one answers the phone, and the voicemail prompt states not to leave a message because there is no time to check messages. While instructed in this prompt to send an email, those are not replied to either. I had to send a private message on Facebook and wait 2 days for a reply before someone finally answered, stating that email is checked M-F. I sent my original email on a Tuesday. The day after the Facebook correspondence, my second email was replied to, stating that my order is ready for pickup. While I like to patronize small businesses, I will not order online from DBA again. I may stop in for a general purchase, but then again it took quite a while to find an associate to help with my order. I especially do not like that it is more difficult to speak with a human here than a chain store. That being said, the item is exactly what I was looking for.
