  I belong to a FB group that recommended Sew Suite Studio to me to fix my machine. After my service, this is the comment I posted on FB: I want to thank whomever talked about Sew Suite Studio in Lexington, SC. My machine was in a world of hurt and I called them, with little hope that it would be able to be fixed (I have had a myriad of problems in the 3 years I have owned this machine, with no support from my dealer). Oh how I wish I had known about this place to buy my machine. Lance came to my house on Tuesday...stayed for 4-1/2 hours....took my machine with him when he left. He came back and worked on Friday, Saturday and Sunday....determined to fix the problem. He spent time on the phone with Elbert. I cannot believe the hours he spent...but...in the end...success!!! I am on the 4th quilt since he left on Sunday (a week ago)...nary a problem!!! I cannot say enough about Sew Suite Studio. Their customer service is like none I've ever seen.
