  Walk in to get new service, first thing said to us was, what do yall need tonight....like we were a problem, told the lady what we were looking for, and abruptly told us that it wasnt possible be ause the manager was already gone. So aparently customer care, and other sprint stores have all different services.....i will never come back to this store just because of the attitude towards my family from the get go.

  I have been a sprint customer for over 12 years. I have always been happy with the service this store provides. I recently visited on Christmas Eve early in the day. I was greeted and helped by Ashley Holly. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She had me in and out of the store very quickly. Ashley was absolutely amazing! She is the reason I will rate this store 5 stars!! Thank you Ashley for your cheerful attitude and help during a stressful time!!!
