VERY costly to leave once you've joined. I hand counted our uniforms TWICE before turning them in to UniFirst and canceling our service because we were no longer under contract. I also had another associate count them. Two weeks later I received a $4000 bill for "missing uniforms". For those of you who are already under their thumb, Good Luck. For people looking for a uniform service, Look Elsewhere.

Unifirst has some of the best customer service out there. The guys that come to our shop are always friendly, polite and carry a positive attitude. The garment care is very good and the pricing is very reasonable.
