  Flat out awful! My son (14 months) has a heart condition in which he is on 2 routine medications for. One of them has to be specially ordered so i always call it in way before i run out so they have time to order it, get it, and fill it before i actually run out. Well when we went to pick up we were informed they didn't have it bc the "new person" never ordered it. Then went on to give me an attitude about how it wasn't there fault...ok so its mine bc i manage your pharmacy! Im so fed up. They were beyond rude to me. This was my last straw. You don't get to put my sons life in danger bc you failed to follow up with the "new person" but yet this isn't your fault. Horrible just horrible my son cant go without his heart meds bc it is life or death. I don't know how they are so incompetent!
