  Had my debt card information stolen a while back. This was one of the places it was used at. I went to the customer help center and told them what happened. I give them the time the time and date it happened and they pulled up the information. they were able to tell me what was bought which was two tubes of tooth paste and a $100 gift card. Even showed the suspect tried to use several other cards before mine was the one to work. They pulled up the security cameras and reviewed them. They saw it wasn't me and refunded my money to me. That's the type of help I like. I will agree that the lines here get bad at times and there are only two to four open, but I've always had a positive experience here.
